Return & Warranty Coverage

• Return Window: You may return defective items within 7 days of receiving them (based on tracking information).
• Covered Items:
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Dead on arrival (DOA) items
  • Items not as described/listed on our website
• Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

• Atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers
• Bottled e-liquids
• Drip tips
• Batteries
• Wick and wire

Return Shipping

• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are not prepaid and are non-refundable (unless you received the wrong item).
• Wrong or DOA Items: A prepaid return label will be provided. Items must be shipped back within 7 days after contacting us.

Refunds & Replacements

• Once we receive and inspect your return:
  • If defective: We will ship a replacement at no cost. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • If fully functional: We may return the product back to you or issue store credit.
• Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days from the return shipment date for refunds. Credits may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Return Conditions

• All items that were included in the package (such as starter kits, sets, and accessories) must be returned.
• If possible, please include the original packaging.
• Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and our team will do its best to assist you.

1. Securely pack your merchandise (original packaging if available). Include your name, contact details, and order number.
